Shellsuit Zombie Issue 3 / Uncontained Launch Party

On Thursday night me and Rach P went down to the 55DSL store in the Boxpark for the Launch Party of UNCONTAINED and Shellsuit Zombie Issue 3! The space is looking amazing (see pics above) and is where we'll be holding our day TOMORROW! Drawing on the walls, collage making, Queen for a Day Portraits and an exhibition of all of the Tea & Crayons work, PLUS music and biscuits and beer! See you there!

 We are also featured in Issue 3 of the magazine, as an exhibitor. Here are some shots of the mag! With wonderful Abby's work featured!

Exciting News: Tea & Crayons at UNCONTAINED, Shoreditch

Really excited about this: We're pleased to announce that we are taking part in UNCONTAINED, a 30-day pop-up event in the 55DSL store in the Boxpark, Shoreditch, London!

"In June and July, ShellsuitZombie is taking over the 55DSL store in BOXPARK, Shoreditch, and asking thirty creative individuals, groups and companies to take a day each."

We'll be taking over on TUESDAY JUNE 5th (That's Jubilee day!) We'll be hosting a Jubilee-themed Tea Party on the bank holiday tuesday; expect cups of tea, cake, drawing on the walls, an exhibition of our work (with the opportunity to buy prints!) and running illustration workshops/portfolio reviews for up and coming illustrators. Make sure you pop down if you're in the area to meet us face to face and get involved!

Author Shoes Launch Party

Happy Saturday crayonettes! 

We blogged last week about a little party we were invited to, the Author Shoes city wall store opening  -so we popped along for some cocktails, cupcakes and shoes! 

We stepped back in time to the glitzy 1920s and had a lovely time with the Ballad girls, Faye West, Emma Block, Chrissy Wallace and June Sees. We took a few piccies
