Inspiration: Michael Hirshon

I've just come across the work of American illustrator Michael Hirson and had to post about it. Considering all the posts recently about style, this seems fitting; I absolutely love his. Perfect blend of line work, texture and silhouette shapes, all within extremely strong concepts and ideas.

I just wish I had his command of colour, and knowing when to balance strong silhouette with detailed linework. So so good.
