Rachel is based in London; and has a unique illustration style and solid grasping of graphic design, a strong conceptual thinker, with a playful and downright random imagination. Culture, fashion, new media, music, advertising and the future, all inspire her. She creates all her images by hand initially, and then feeds them into Photoshop/Illustrator (which are always hungry) to create the finished design.
She loves working within the fast-paced area of editorial illustration, enjoys dealing with current issues, social, political, and environmental; as well as food and recipe illustration; that’s always a favourite. She believes strongly in sustainability within design and is concerned with environmental issues in all aspects of our lives. View her work online at rachelsayshello.com or see a selection below.
